Tokyo Roastery introduces Tanzania Mondul Estate and Bolivia Finca La Linda, both with high acidity and medium body. The former has mandarin, morello cherry, vanilla and honeysuckle notes and is available at the Roastery, Reserve stores and online. The latter has stone-fruit notes and a caramel finish and is sold by weight only at Tokyo Roastery.
