National Business Daily: Starbucks’ next-generation flagship lands at Beijing SKP

National Business Daily reported that Starbucks Reserve Xingyifang debuted at Beijing SKP on September 16. Citing figures as of September 15, it said Starbucks China had 8,238 stores, a net increase of 227 in fiscal 2026 to date, and had entered 69 additional county-level markets. Over the next two weeks, Starbucks also plans to enter Xinjiang, open two stores at Wuhan SKP, and open two new intangible-cultural-heritage tourism stores in Shanghai and Beijing. The report links the Beijing SKP flagship with Starbucks China’s store expansion across premium commercial landmarks, lower-tier markets, cultural tourism, and lifestyle settings.
